If you are a Railion customer, your personal adviser and contact person will deal with your affairs and is always there to help you. If you would like to become a customer, please talk to New Customer Services and you will be given the information you need at once. Or you can ask us to make you an offer on the spot.
Inquiries and orders
You can place orders with us through the CustomerServiceCenter, who will give you comprehensive information about freight cars and transport. Just send your order by fax, e-mail or over the internet. You can also place a transport order by EDI.
Execution, monitoring and complaints
The CustomerServiceCenter will tell you just where your shipment is, and whether anything out of the ordinary has occurred. At the CSC you can get comprehensive information about the current status of your transport and the delivery of your goods to the customer.
